About development so far:

Being created only by Jean Filho, Corpsenia was first seen as a 2D animation to be developed for YouTube in 2020 by him using the Krita software. Contains a prologue in 2D animation on the YouTube channel Corpsênia.

Passionate about digital games since the launch of the Playstation 2 console Jean looked for a way to manifest his game ideas and make the stories in his head come true in late 2020. Researching deeply, Jean discovered the existence of the company's Game Maker Studio 2 software YoYo Games and decided to create their own game without having a team. Jean had to learn a lot about pixel art animation, music creation, programming and level design, and script and character development. He stopped with a degree in law to graduate in Technician of digital games.

At first, the main references for creating the game were: Undertale, Hotline Miami and Rick and Morty. Over time, elements inspired by: Katana Zero, Dead Space and Resident Evil were introduced.

Gameplay:

Similar to RPG genre games;
Very similar to the games: Hotline Miami and Undertale;
